Always chugg a protein shake with a spoon of cinnamon before I hit the rack. Protein fill ya up, tbe cinnamon helps lower cholesterol, lower bp, helps stabilize insulin, and speeds up metabolism...plus it tastes great!

Ive always been wary of this so I try to bump up the quantity a bit to guarrantee it. Also try n have an overall balanfed day of carbs, starches, fiber, protein, and minerals. Doesnt always happen though.

good advice chesire.....100 pushup chalenge is great way to build upper bory strength. Im a huge fan of burpees myself. Don't think just walkin will cut it. Deff have to lift weight.
