    Walked around my building at work for 15 minutes, but otherwise it's a rest day. I feel the soreness in my glutes and quads from yesterday's leg day!

    Introduced my cousin to Aqua fitness in a deep water class. Then added a shallow water class while he recovered.

    Walked for 30 minutes on treadmill at 2.5 and I didn't even enjoy it. I forced myself on there. There's gotta be something more fun and something I wanna do.

    I'm into month two of Insanity, Max Cardio Conditioning today. My back, shoulders and abs are really feeling it. A little DOMS this week too as it's quite the step up from month one! Starting to think about life after round one, maybe round two? We'll see.

    60 minutes of elliptical... HIIT for the first 20 minutes. Giving my rebounder a break for a few days coz I checked the net and found it doesn't burn as many calories as elliptical :( I missing bouncing

    Good for you! Hehe.. Does sound like torture but those back cheeks and sculpted legs are gonna attract lots of attention.
