Never said HIIT had magical properties, just that it kick started mine as it was something different to me, got me motivated to push myself and try new things. Clean eating is not immaterial, a varied range of healthy food keeps your macro nutrients more stable. 1300 calories from lean meat and veg is better then 1300 from…

The thing I found that really kick starts my weight loss is HIIT exercise, try spin class as an entry point. Your diet needs no changing, you're getting your calories from good clean sources. although I would try increasing your calories slowly. Add 50 calories a week so that your metabolism get used to it, then when you…

I had the same issue with plateauing at 234, I was always doing endurance based workouts, so steady paced treadmill, long walks etc. I've kick started down to 223 with a month of HIIT and strength training. Avoid like the plague, they're just caffeine usually, but the grenade brand one has Orange extract (something like that) which will shoot your BP and HR up. Health risks are horrendous. Only thing you can buy with money to help weight loss is a good pair of running shoes

My breakfast of choice is simple, 2 eggs - scrambled with spinach, turkey bacon (if I want protein) and a single slice of multigrain toast. Skip the toast if you don't want carbs.

I lost over 100lbs a few years ago, it is a long battle, but one I'm extremely grateful I won in the end. My advice, find inspiration and motivation where you can, but make sure a good portion of that drive is from yourself. It will keep you going. You can do it.
