Tried a new one last week and loved it ~ Oatmega Dark Chocolate and PB. 190 kcal for 14g protein. I also bought a mint chocolate one. Haven't tried it yet, but if it's as good as the other one, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

+1 on the locker rental. You can keep clothes as well as shower stuff there and it really cuts down on the lugging around factor.

Yoga and Pilates. In the summer, I'm on my bike as much as possible. And, toss a little swimming, if I'm feeling sluggish (esp in the winter ~ but putting on a swimsuit in the winter is kind of miserable, even inside).
