  • Same here! Ever since I started watching what I eat I've gotten a lot better. On days I have class though its horrible. I can never seem to bring enough food! Plus, one of my classmates has a severe peanut allergy and my protein bars (my life savers) have peanut products in them so I can't eat them.

  • Update: just got back from my meeting with the trainer. He kicked my butt and I loved it! My arms are like jello. And I learned a few new exercises. I'm excited about this gym all over again!

  • I used to have anytime fitness! I loved it! I would be the only person in thee at 3 am and it was so awesome. I felt fearless in that gym. Lol. The gym I just signed up for is a very well known gym corporation. They have a pool though which I love! I think everyone is right, I just need to give it time.

  • It was one of their floor staff who showed me around I think, unfortunately. He had his own office meaning he should have been a little more polite than he was. I kept trying to tell myself that nobody was looking at me but I'm just SO self conscious. I wish I could just snap my fingers and feel better about this.
  • Thank you! I tried some of my boyfriends protein shake. It is Syntha-6 cookies and cream flavor and I didn't care for it too much. Lol. The consistency was weird but the flavor wasn't bad! I'm a baby though and could t stomach it.
  • I read online that one of the dangers of protein is high levels of arsonic and metals. That makes me kind of worried about protein powders now.
