I know multiple people along the way have probably asked this question but I'm going to go ahead and ask it again... How do you keep going?
I am a full time student. Im actually in all accelerated quick pace classes to get my degree sooner if you wanna get technical about it. On top of that, I just started my own business and it has taken off! I'm so incredibly busy and finding time for eating healthy and working out is impossible. I think from the stress I'm under I've actually lost weight. Yikes. So what are your best tricks and tips to staying on track and healthy??
Thanks in advance!

Congrats on the business!
I pack my cooler and take a day's worth of meals with me to work along with 4 32oz bottles of ice tea/water. I belong to the campus rec center and a yoga studio across the street from campus (job #1). Convenience is necessary for me to work out. I work about 60 hours at job #1 and then have a part-time job that's about 20 hours a week (from home). I'll walk over tot he campus rec center for 30 minutes of HIIT at lunch. Yoga after work. The studio has late classes (7:30pm-9:00pm).
If you can't fit it all in, then you need to prioritize what's most important to you. Cut back the school, or the business, or don't eat healthy or don't workout. We all have the same 24 hours in a day.0 -
I'm an older person who went back to college part-time (my 4th year of doing it).
My new favorite place to read my textbooks is on the treadmill at the gym. I bought some foam earplugs, take water and a textbook, and walk and read at the same time. The foam earplugs are essential -- they block out everything from the sound of the machines to people talking.
Also, congrats about your business!0 -
Live and die by a schedule. It's the difference between surviving 80 hour workweeks and coming unglued. Get your workouts in.0

I work full time + am taking 1 class at a time toward my Master's degree + I am training for long distance cycling events.
One of the things I've found helpful is to get into an eating pattern. I know what I can eat and when, and so that's sorted. I don't have to think about it anymore. I can just focus on the other things I need to do.0 -

You can put the book on a little shelf by the controls. A huge textbook might not work (but I buy my books instead of rent them or plan to sell them back -- I take apart super-heavy books by the chapter and put them in small binders). I also have to walk slower so I can read, but when I am there an hour or more the calories add up.0
