I prefer the puddings as shakes too but I still will drink the Pineapple-Apricot and Mocha beverages. I ALWAYS blend all of the drinks with ice in the blender.

Down 81 pounds now! I am using 2 meal replacements most days and then eating a low carb real food meal and a snack. Sometimes 3 shakes and a real food snack. I love being in ketosis!

Try putting some poultry seasoning in the cream of chicken soup. I also put a tsp of bacon grease in mine. Yum, Yum. It's so much better and only about 40 extra calories. You are doing great Lisa and great advice for everyone! It takes the body only a few days to get into ketosis when you get your carbs below 50 but to have your body really adapted to metabolizing stored fat as fuel takes a few weeks. I faithfully use MFP everyday to track my carbs so I stay in nutritional ketosis and fat burning mode! :) Since MFP doesn't like anyone to go below 1000 calories I set mine to 1050. It also helps me keep track of how much water I've drank.

I just remembered something. Some people when they count carbs subtract the fiber grams for a net carb because fiber is not absorbed. Carb cravings are why I'm afraid of adding too many carbs later. Would they support you eating a low carb meal and staying in ketosis? You could have 2 shakes and 20-30 real food carbs. I agree Lisa. This time is the only time I have felt like I can keep the weight off and so I am not going to save my larger clothes! In the past I went off and on diets and didn't have the confidence to keep the weight off.
