I do group exercise classes. And love it! They are hard, painful, very sweaty but I feel amazing afterwards. I do zumba, kettlercise, rebounding (on a trampoline) and a couple of other cardio and weights classes. I've lost over a hundred pounds in just under two years and feel so fit!

Thanks for all the advice! I'm going to carry on as I have been doing for a few more weeks. Hopefully it will start to shift soon

Hi Brandi congratulations on making the decision to lose weight. I have lost 105lbs in total in just under two years. So it's definitely achievable. I think it's best to set smaller goals. Don't think about the 100lbs. I would concentrate on 14lbs at a time. I would like to lose another 23lbs and them I'm at goal. Good…

One of the classes I do uses kettlebells and another one uses 2kg hand weights so 2/3 hours of my training is weight based. The rest is cardio. I love the exercise I do so am reluctant to change anything. Will continue you as I have been doing for now and pay close attention to weighing food and logging.

I was 308lbs at my heaviest just under two years ago and now weigh 203lbs. I am desperate to get under 200lbs. So I'm with you.

My body had definitely changed shape. And I've lost inches off my waist. Trousers I purchased a month ago are now too baggy. And I'm developing muscles on my arms and legs

I've no idea how many calories I burn during exercise but I log 400 per class. But don't generally eat my exercise cals.

I've only recently started using MFP. Probably 3/4 weeks and it's sets to lose 2lb a week and I have it set at lightly active. It gives me 1380 calories a day. I do 6/7 hours of exercise a week. This consists of kettlebells, zumba, trampoline and a weight aerobics clas

I do weigh all my food. And log everything. Very frustrating. Not sure if I should try eating less/more, doing more exercise or maybe I just need to keep at it!
