You really have to find out what works for you and your schedule. Try different ways all the ideas above are great. Personally I have found that Intermittent fasting works the best. I stop eating at 9pm get off work then go tos sleep and do not eat until approx. 14-16 hours later. It has been working for me.

Carbmaster vanilla yogurt with 3 m&ms and 1/4 teaspoon granola. Had to be skimpy on the fixins was my last 100 calories of the day. I work nights so that's all for me. Water Water Water.

I love being able to include my sleeping time as a time when i am not eating. I am currently doing 14 hours fasting then 10 hours consuming 1200 calories. I have lost two pounds so far. We will see I plan to wait for results after about a month.

That is 600 calories per class

Today I went to my third body combat class in a week . The calories burned show as approx. 600. I still only ate 1200 calories a day and feel fine and am not hungry. Should I still also try and eat back some calories??

It depends on how your body feels. I am going to take my first body pump class next Wednesday. I am currently taking body combat tuesday and thursday so wednesday and friday will be body pump. Yes this schedule will work..I know it will.
