Hey Guys & Girls,
I usually have this for breakfast after training. You can add/subtract ingredients to your personal preference (egg whites instead of full egg etc).
2xEgg (Free Range)
Ham Chunks (I Prefer Smoked)
Chives
Seasoning (Pepper)
Spinach
1xChilli Pepper
Chop it all up, chuck it in a wok with drop of oil for a few minutes (keep eggs ready cracked in jug)... Once happy with the sizzling goodness, chuck in the eggs, scramble everything together & serve!

12g Carbs
13g Fat
43g Protein
