A bit of fun. My exercise burns about 5-800 per session. It doesn't involve a sport or a gym. What am I?

You didn't say how long your session is. If it's an hour? I easily burn around 500 calories when I'm Inline Skating or HIIT running outside.0

My session can be 2 hours or all afternoon - depends on my mood and how long I am chatting to others

Nothing of the sort. I have an allotment. I dig it, lug wheelbarrows around, shift piles of wood, make raised beds etc etc.
The reason I posted it was for people like me that have a big interest in fitness/health but find things like the gym or exercise routines dull.
It's good for strength and your heart plus you get a tan and meet people in the community. I'm sure there are many other things like it and I was interested to see what other suggestions came up that weren't MFP 'norm' - like the rock climbing.0 -
