My biggest problem !!!! I am definitely in. LN won for the last 2/3 days in May so far. Lets see how it goes. I ususally stay late at night to prepare for lessons (I teach at uni) and just eat anything whenever I feel hugnry (or i think I am hungry) any suggestions on good alternatives instead of munching something sugary?…

Used to love running. But back on bad habits of munching sugar and late night snacks while preparing lessons !!!! Can really use some motivation and inspiration to get back to my old self :smile:
