Hello everyone,
I am starting this challenge to loose 5 kgs by new year.
Each week we will do the weigh-in on Friday (as we are starting the challenge on Friday
)
I will share an excel sheet with the weights on each Saturday to monitor our progress.

This challenge is not about being perfect, but getting into a habit of being consistent

I am 134. 5 lbs (61 kg)
My plan:
5 meals a day: good carbs and protein for meals 1,2,3 and protein and good fats for meals 4 and 5
walk/jog for 30 mins for 5 days a week and start much-hated weight-training 2 days a week.
