Know what you can safely keep stocked in the house. I have an awful sweet tooth. I know that I can keep some chocolate chips in the house if I must indulge. However baked goods are my nemesis and have a much harder time saying no to so I try to keep them out. Biggest thing I have learned is that it is a journey.…

That is awesome. I have a similar story. See my profile. if you would like to add me to your contacts that would be great.

That is the biggest thing I learned. Sometimes lost 3 pounds. Other times gained a pound. Just have to keep track of trends.

Totally awesome!

I can understand your rise and fall. I have struggled with my weight since I was a kid. I grew up in a household that did not particularly emphasize nutrition. We often just struggled to get food on the table and as you probably now nutrient rich and health food is very expensive. Between childhood habits and undoubtedly…

Thanks for all of the great advice. My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds. Currently eating 1200-1300 calories. I have not cut out any of the sugar or carbs as they are the hardest for me to moderate. My goal for next week is to decrease the grams of sugar I am eating as I am consistently over that nutrient. I know last time I…
