Trina: You make an excellent point. I too am watching my sodium, not for bp, mine is low, but for inner ear issues and eating out anywhere is a sodium nightmare! Trina, did you stall at certain points? If so , how did you remotivate yourself? Glad this thread is ALIVE again!

62 and down 30 lbs but am currently stalled. After eating at 1200 calories for over a year, it gets challenging to stay motivated. It seems that I am fighting tooth and nail daily to be disciplined. So those of you that have done this successfully for years, please share some wisdom!

Depending on how long you've done MFP, you get pretty good at how to eat relatively healthy. I typically try to still log a bit when on vacation. Just to keep in that mindset. You need to enjoy yourself and get back on track when you return home. But the most important thing that saves me is moving more. I am sure you will…
