Close to the same stats. I am 241 now but started 3 months ago at 278. Goal weight is 140. I am 5'3" and 27.

Started IF and Keto 2 months ago and have lost 26lbs. I started tracking my food again yesterday. Truly, the only thing that has ever worked for me has been limiting carbs and removing added and artificial sugars. I have an open diary for friends.

I too am guilty. I've found that my previous eating habits up until a few weeks ago were made up of mostly mindless eating. Eating when I am not hungry and instead out of boredom was a huge problem for me. Usually now I go for a walk or drink water.
