Just tonight I blended up some lite mayo, fresh cilantro, cumin, salt, chili powder, and a few tbsp of milk. Topped my salad with that (which was a chopped salad with chicken and black beans). Was really good!

I don't know, but I had a similar evening- I ate dinner and then really wanted to just keep eating. I just told myself that I couldn't have it and I'm just trying to distract myself now with reading the success boards on here and drinking water. I also took a walk.

Since you like fresh veggies, one of the things I like is to chop a variety of veggies really, really small and mix them all together and add a protein and dressing.
