    Successes / struggles this week: I did a terrible job of tracking my food last week. The struggle for me is psychological. I'm going through so.e personal diifficulties and doing a lot of self-sabotage.

    So I weighted myself Monday the first at the hospital n was 199lbs. Monday m Tuesday I stayed at hospital with my newborn n was unable to eat clean n workout. So I technically started on Wednesday the 3rd of May. Nonetheless I weighted in on Monday 5/8/17 at the gym n was 199.

    I am going to keep at it n buy a scale though I am disappointed n discouraged cuz I expected some loss

    Challenges I've already faced last week: Met with family friends - dinner at Pizza hut, Met with old friend - in the pub. Plus now I have pizza in the fridge as I only ate half when I was out. - Challenge solved when my family ate my pizza, I dont think 'thanks' are in order though

    Successes - Managed to spring clean my house. I was stuck home and couldn't go to the gym because my youngest was sick and couldn't go to daycare. Instead burned calories clearing out my home.

    Struggles - No Gym as baby is sick. Also had more cake but not as much as last week.

    Successes / struggles this week: Despite being sick this week, still kept up with my C25K workouts. It's also that TOM, so really wasn't expecting much on the weight loss front so I am pleasantly surprised. This is as low as I got last year while losing before I stopped actively trying due to getting pregnant and then miscarrying. So I haven't been lower than this in years; can't wait to see 190. Hopefully I'm finally on the downward trend again!

    This week I graduated with my ADN, there was a lot of chaos and loose ends, I felt too tired and too distracted to eat well and exercise. I have turbo fire, I got it a while ago, and now that schools over I'm gonna attempt to do that. In combination with eating well, I'm hoping to see my weight drop or at least my size.
