I did not make it to 129 like I wanted and this week hasn't been the greatest diet wise/plus lady days are ahead and I'm retaining water like s freaking water ballon. Boo. Whatever, I still had a really great month of loss and I couldn't be happier. I am so close to my goal. Started adding strength. This week I hit my goal of a mile done in under 8 minutes(7:50). I got to run on a beautiful trail out in the country and just enjoyed being outside. Today I went swimming(need a new suit that fits btw2
