Successes / struggles this week: I completed turbo fire everyday this week except Wednesday, on Wednesday I went hiking. It's discouraging to know how hard I worked this week and the scale didn't budge. I didn't eat a ton either, I really focused on portion control.1 -

Successes: I managed to still get my workouts in, even with a kid with snots(=no using daycare while I workout). So I was able to rearrange other times to workout. In the past I have let little bumps in the road like that to detour me. Today I ran two really great miles (one at 8:15 and the other 8:16). All of my miles in my 6.5 mile run were under 10 minute miles and a majority were faster than 9 minutes. Those are great times for me. I'm so close to being in the 120s.4 -

Successes / struggles this week: I didn't make the best food choices this week; instead of eating like someone trying to lose 2 lbs a week I definitely ate like someone only aiming for 1 lb. The positive thing is I know exactly why I didn't make my 2 lb goal, it's right there in my food diary. I'm really going to try and finish out this month strong and hope to see a nice loss at the next weigh in!5 -

The body can very cruel. I had a plateau for 3 weeks and then for no real reason lost 3lbs in week, just know if your are doing the right things you will lose what you need to eventually.2 -

Successes / struggles this week: This past weekend was my first monthly "beer weekend". Once (or sometimes twice) a month during camping weather I gather up 20 gallons of homebrew and try to get it all consumed by me and my friends before the weekend is over. Came very close to succeeding this time. Probably closer than ever before. Practice makes perfect! Yet despite all the drinking, I still came out of the weekend at a lower weight than I went into it. Can we say "dehydration"? Probably... So I'm looking for that bounce-back in the next day or two, but for today I'm happy to log my weight as a new low. I deserve it after last week's "I did everything right but still gained" fiasco.1 -

Easiest? Probably click on the "notifications" bell symbol up at the top of the message boards page, then click "All Notifications". Now click the link that says "Replies". Depending on how active you are, it should be right there. The replies you've made are sorted from most recent to oldest, so scroll down to 7 days ago and find your last post to this thread.1 -

Successes / struggles this week: I totally busted my butt this week, so I'm so glad it paid off! I ate horrible last night plus alcohol, but I tried to be under several days this week to have extra calories for it and looks like it worked. I really didn't expect the scale to be down today because of yesterday, I didn't weigh as soon as I woke up like usual, and plus I had just lifted weights which normally causes me to go up a lb or two. With all those odds against me I'm psyched that I'm still down! Will hopefully keep this momentum going into June.
