  • Just the thought of it makes me want to... hurl. Yuk! Why, or why would you want to do that? ... I did however enjoy the dog stories :-) *Edited for grammar
  • WOW! You are ALL so inspirational. There are just too many of you for me to 'quote'. Congrats!
  • Here are some of my favorites :-) 1. oatmeal, peanut butter, frozen banana, cinnamon and non sweetened almond milk. 2. avocado, spinach, kale, mango, protein powder, blueberries, raspberries, unsweetened almond milk. 3. blueberries, strawberries, basil, protein powder, coconut water. 4. mango, spinach, coconut water,…
  • Yep. Beans, quinoa, seitan, nuts, whole grains, lentils, nutritional yeast :-)
  • I'm not vegan as I consume once in a while whey protein and/or milk in my coffee. But apart from that, no eggs, no flesh. For 7+ years. And it's been awesome. That being said, I do not watch my carbs so much... What I can suggest is in the food and nutrition section of the community board, I've seen many threads and…

  • Hi there. I finally put a stop to acide reflux (which I had since I can remember) by cutting meat and dairy out. I know, sounds extreme. But it worked. I have not had it (apart from when I have a little too much alcohol or greasy foods). It's been 6 years. It took about 10-12 days before I really noticed a difference. It…
  • This. That's what I do also. SO much easier. For me anyways. Lost 6 lbs so far. It's a slow process; just the way I like it!

By that I mean that I have not had any eczema since, my 'gassy' tummy is no longer 'gassy' :p and my recovery is quicker/easier. To be honest with you, I do it out of compassion and enjoy the health benefits that come along with it. I am here to track my…
  • Um, PC all-natural PB is 100% roasted peanuts. That's it. Nothing else. Kraft all-natural peanut butte is also 100% peanuts, only. No added oils. Nuts to You peanut butte is the same. Natur also. There's plenty with just peanuts. You just have to look for them :-) And I'm in Canada eh!
  • I eat anywhere from 10-12 portions a day of fruits and veggies. My digestion is loving it and so am I :-) I'm in Canada and since I dropped meat 6 years ago, my grocery bill is approx. 15-20% lower. You just have to but what's in season and what's on sale. And I buy more plant based food now than I ever did. *edited to add…
