sadly, i live around too much bricks and artificial construction. hardly get chance to meet greens. but i enjoy every moment whenever i go for trailing :smiley:

try to engage yourself in household works that include movements. put pressure on your belly, move your hand and leg. and if possible make running a regular exercise.

weights will help you to lose weight. and cardio is mostly to build muscle. :smile: hope it makes u understand

If you have uncontrollable sugar craving, don’t push yourself over the calorie edge. Replace too much sugar with natural sweetness. Like instead of creamy cake, try fruit salad with whipped cream or apple with pea nut butter. Changing the habit at once is really hard. :blush:

almost everyone eats more than normal when they are alone. try to keep your self busy with anything, even rearranging ur magazines. also if u r eating, instead of some fat or junk food try to eat fruit or vegetables, something healthy. :)
