I use the thinnest flat bread you can buy, minimise the sauce to no more than a tablespoon otherwise the bread will get too soggy and overload the pizza with vegetables, oregano & chilli flakes for flavour. Yoghurt and fruit with seeds such as chia seeds and linseeds or LSA meal.Large mushrooms topped with ricotta cheese, tomato and herbs then baked for 10 minutes.

Cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt with herbs such as basil ,coriander or parsley or a mix of all three. I also add a touch of salt & pepper.

Try changing your activity level from sedentary to mildly active. This will allow you more daily calories. If you think this is too high you can manually adjust your daily calorie goal to anyhere between the 1200 calories MFP sets for the sedentary level and the calories set for the mildly active level.

Check your sodium intake for your cheat day. It could be water retention due to a higher salt intake.

I'm 5'4" and also have about 50 lbs to lose. This is my second time on MFP and I have found that when I religiously track and weigh everything I do shed the weight. Feel free to add me as well.
