21, female, weight loss goals of 30-50 lbs. Im looking for friends who also have open diaries. I find it helpful seeing others food choices to use as ideas. As well as it keeps us all accountable

One helpful thing to do would be just to google healthy lunch ideas, or healthy dinner ideas.
I have an open diary, but this weekend is a disaster.
I did eat avocado today !
