It's kind of the opposite for me. I'm less worried than I've ever been about pregnancy "ruining" my body because, after losing 75bs, I now have plenty of stretchmarks, loose skin and sad breasts. I'm also not particularly worried about weight gain because I know have better eating habits and a more active lifestyle than I…

I'm right around 150 and I'm pretty slender at this weight. I doubt I'll get much smaller size wise, I'm just looking to lose some residual fat.

Halloween is my wedding anniversary so I'm going to be eating pizza, haha. And candy.

I wasn't aware of them but they don't seem to be readily available in the UK, in any case.

I'm only working 4 days a week before extra shifts so I'd rather err on the side of caution. Thanks for the help!

That's actually a great suggestion. I guess it could see what calories MFP recommends me at a lightly active setting as opposed to sedentary and look at that as my goal on the days I'm working, see how that goes.

Sounds like the Zip might be the winner, thanks!

Thanks for the input! I was hoping the Charge/ChargeHR wasn't my best option simply because of the price tag. I imagine I'll be engaging in a lot of hands on activities also, which has me leaning towards the One or Zip. Although, I can't help but think; are they really so superior to a good old pedometer? Lol.

I don't log mine because it doesn't help me to do so. I don't need to stress over exact numbers; I just accept I've had a higher day and move on. If it affects the number on the scale that week, I'll be well aware why.

I have this one (think I got it for £15 in Asda) and it works well for me. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salter-9141-WH3R-Analyser-Bathroom/dp/B003X3A3EY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1438358951&sr=8-1&keywords=salter+bathroom+scales

Not treadmill but I lost my first 50lbs pretty much exclusively walking for exercise so, with a good diet, it can certainly be done.

Cheat days work for me. I'd rather have one "bad" day and be on track for the rest of the time than spread the treats out over a period time. So I don't lose weight for a week or two? No big deal. I just keep said days reasonably spaced.

I eat within an hour of going to bed and I've lost 70lbs.

I've lost 70lbs and gone from a 38H to a 34F. I gotta say, they're pretty sad now. There's not a lot of "filling" to them, if you know what I mean, and I have to wear a supportive moulded bra these days to get any kind of shape.
