Drink lots of water and my favorite food that over fills u with little calories is a baked sweet potato I eat one almost every day, and I only have 1200 calories daily don't eat past 6pm and I've lost almost 25 pounds now, only 14 left until I reach my goal! Hydration is key and water makes u feel full good luck!

Honestly I'm not %100 sure I eat whatever in small portions and drink plenty of water. I've learned to estimate my calories by eye now so I don't necessarily log everything anymore.

Light activity until you feel like u can workout. He said u can't reinjured the muscle and to drink plenty of water. Also to avoid rhabdo don't do lots of sets to just do a few sets with heavy weights. It happens if u go overboard and workout to strenuously.

It was a friend she is used to working out. I guess she thought I was in better shape than I was but I should have listened to my body. Luckily I'm home now still sore and get a few cramps but I'm blessed to have no kidney issues and I've learned a valuable lesson that humbled me I will never take my health for granted…

Yes I'm still here my cpk numbers are at 25,000 still so I'm not sure how low they have to be for me to get released I'm on iv saline fluids 1 bag an hour and pain meds for the cramps I'm just wondering how long it will take to get back to my old self and be able to do light activities.

Hey thanks for your replies I actually have been just eating 1200 calories a day I'll have a meal replacement for breakfast called total soy by naturade and switched whole milk for almond milk don't drink soda or juice anymore just small changes. Just make sure to drink a ton of water. I don't count carbs or anything I eat…

Big butts can be elegant when they are natural a lot of woman don't have big breast but have a natural nice rear end, nothing wrong with that beauty comes in all different shapes and sizes proportioned or not.

I lose about 1.5 pounds a week total 18 pound loss in 4 months no exercise.

The steroids are definitely no joke hungry all the time and I'm definitely not like that normally I can have my meal replacement shake and 2 meals and be fine but man its hard to do that on the steroids I haven't gained weight I just hate that feeling u know what I mean.

I gain the day before about 3 pounds and the day after I'm back to normal. Drink lots of water
