I wore a size large shirt yesterday for the first time in many years! Also, my jeans fit much better, and so do my shirts. Awesome! Great job! Feels good, doesn't it? That's a great outlook! I love Utah's canyons, too!

Every 5 pounds I plan a kayaking trip for half a day or so. I like to go to an island nearby and read and write. For the final goal I am planning a trip down to Key West for some snorkeling and kayaking and a night out on the town. I will also rent a bike and pedal all over the place down there.

I'll join you! I'm new to this group. I did better this year with the candy than previous years, but it was not ideal. I have developed a bad habit of eating chocolate on my commute home that I will break now. I also was eating ice cream at night every few days. I broke that habit. I'm off most other processed carbs now.…

Hi Everyone! Hope the candy wasn't too much of a temptation. I had some, but didn't go overboard. Sw: 202 10 days ago Gw: 182 I'm currently at 198.6 Not a dramatic loss, but I"ll take it.
