Well... what can i say! I have fallen HARD!! i had given up on myself and all the progress i had made, resulting in putting all my weight back on PLUS MORE. It's been about a year and a half since i let myself go and i am READY to begin this journey again and this time i am not going to give up!!!
I am VERY far from my goal and thats okay. I will get there eventually. I think the key may be taking things slower and not jumping into 2+ hours of exercise a day by starting with small steps and gradually building it up.

I have a holiday planned in 2 months to Sydney. Which i am looking forward to but theres this huge worry in the back of my mind "will i fit in the plane seat", "will people be staring at me", and "will i be able to walk around the city without needing to stop every 30 seconds to catch my breath"..... Now i know that 8 weeks may not be long but i hope that keeping to a strict BUT not unrealistic exercise & food routine will help me loose SOME weight before i go so i feel a little better in my own skin.
I have a LONG journey ahead of me and i WILL NOT GIVE UP, because after all this is my health and if i don't do it now i never will. If you have read through all of this then thank you.

I would love some friends on here so we can encourage each other!

I am taking it slow as well. I think that is the best way to ensure long-term success through lifestyle change. Every time I lose quickly I put it back on quickly. I think you have a sound plan and the right attitude.

Hi Amber. I'll put a friend request in to you. Feel free to accept. Good for you for starting back at it. I am starting over, too. I have gotten to that point of "I have got to do something now for my health's sake". We got this. What are your goals? besides getting ready ready for your holiday?
