Depending on how hard you "werk" it, you can burn between 600-1000 in a 60 minute class. I LOVE Mixxedfit and just completed the Mixxedfit 101 class to become a licensed instructor. Glad to see this spreading throughout the states! Yay!

Drink LOTS of water and add some extra protein in, helps repair the muscles quicker! Ooh...also, an epsom salt bath helps!

I am the same exact way! I do NOT like breakfast! This is what I do when I work out in the mornings before work. I eat a banana about 45-1hr. before I work out.
