Getting sick.... Work or rest?

Traveled this weekend barely slept last night. I woke up this morning with the beginnings of a sore throat.

Q: do I rest tonight or work out and try to sweat it off?

    Rest...and stay home, for your benefit and everyone else's that may come into contact with you wherever you work out at. :-)

    I would suggest listening to your body and resting. If you feel that you absolutely must move, take a short, gentle walk. No need to push yourself and end up sicker for longer!

    If it's just a sore throat and nothing else, then work out.
