Congrats on those inches. Good for you! I just said to myself this morning that I need to take my measurements. Seeing this made me commit to doing it tonight. Like Britt said that food sounds delicious. Please share pics! :)

I love the taste of coffee but I have to have cream or creamer. I don't need it for flavor, I need it for texture. I have been using Brenda's hot chocolate trick and putting 1/2 to a tablespoon of the 25 calorie packets in my coffee. It has been working. Gives to me creamy texture I love without the cream.

Feeling much better today. The medication is working already. I packed a lunch today. Sauteed chicken thighs, white rice, asparagus and an orange. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I'm nervous and excited at the same time.

I think this is what I'm looking forward to the most. I always fancied myself a runner. My body, however, is in direct protest to that... Can't wait to lose some of the bulk so I can really test out my theory.

Day 8 - Nursing what seems to be a double ear infection. If the pain gets worse, I will definitely see a doctor. However, it happens so often that I have medication for it already which I've began to administer. It should be a breeze eating light today as pain usually quells my appetite.

Britt & Brenda - I did just that. I made that my OMAD. Though I'm sure it was way over my calorie range, I will eat lighter today and Friday to balance it out. Donna & Bob - Unfortunately, there were no salad option. I work at a hotel and we were entertaining a client who wanted to go to a native spot he'd seen online.…

Today was a bit of challenge. A morning meeting turned into a lunch meeting and I ended eating something that wasn't the healthiest. :/ :/ How do you guys deal with a situation like that? Is it better to extend your fast?

Thank you everyone for your kinds words and support!

Day 7 - OMAD was 2 Greek Pork Souvlaki skewers, greek salad, tazatziki and half a pita. Also had a 1/2 cups of fries. Felt really tired yesterday. Had an early night. 7 days down. It's getting easier.

The acetic acid suppresses your appetite, increases your metabolism, and reduces water retention.

Took the quiz. Like everyone else, I wasn't surprised by my results either. "Your dominant Tendency is Rebel.Rebels resist all expectations, outer and inner alike. They act from a sense of choice, from freedom. Rebels wake up and think, “What do I want to do today?” They resist control, even self-control, and enjoy…

Totally agree! I don't think I'll ever enjoy it. But I'll do it for the health benefits...

Day 6 done. Mondays are usually busy at work so the fasting hours sailed by. Before I knew it, it was 3pm. OMAD today was beef and broccoli, white rice and an orange. Yum! This morning (day 7), I tried drinking the ACV in water first thing. That's seems to be working better.

Thanks ladies. I'll try those tips to see what happens...

That Food looks delicious!

Day 5 in the books. It was truly a lazy Sunday. I nursed a headache most of the day so no beach after all. OMAD was based chicken thigh, white rice, coleslaw and sauteed asparagus. Finished off with a hot chocolate with milk. I'm having trouble with drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar with my meals. Seems to make my stomach…
