Looks delicious. I'm having sushi Friday night. It's a little nerve racking having it before a weigh in day (salt overload) but it's my best friend's birthday. How you exercised such restraint is inspiring and baffling?!

It is pretty cool. I try to take advantage of it as much as possible because I know I'm blessed to live here. It is such a beautiful place!

They are delicious! Traditionally made with cinnamon roll type dough ( :p ) with raisins ( :s ) and slathered in a cinnamon roll like icing ( :p :p ). This particular version was made with the same type dough but had coconut instead of raisins and a cream cheese icing. It is absolutely delicious.

You're absolutely right Britt. LC has to become a lifestyle for the weight loss to stick. My problem is my love affair with carbs! >:) Good luck with LC! Your charcuterie board looks delicious!

This happens with me too. I lose weight initially and the first day I reintroduce carbs, I reintroduce the weight. :D I've been cycling between low carb days and regular days and that seems to be working better.

Lunch sound delish Britt. I eat my OMAD at lunch time too. If I wait until dinner, I feel ravenous and tend to overeat.
