  • Thanks I never really think about adding salt to things, this will definitely help me to remember
  • thankyou so much, your answer is great and adding a link is so helpful!
  • I can't remember wither but you u might find ketostix useful. They're strips that you wee on that tell you your ketosis level thing. I'm assuming there's a key in the side. I'm ordering some fro amazon but apparently you should be able to find them in shops too.
  • I'm about to start, so my research has been from the last few days. I first looked at the keto subreddit on reddit (/r/keto), which then led me to /r/xxketo because I am a lady ketoer. The place that has helped me to find recipes most is pinterest and the blog in here is also useful once you have a grasp on what and what…
  • I'm going to start keto tomorrow! I've sorted out my meals for the rest of the month, but I'm already struggling with it. I have to cook for a he rest of my family aswell and my mums vegetarian. Most of everything I can make is either egg, cauliflower other squash based, but I think it's definitely worth a try for atleast…
  • Thanks for all your replies! It's been very useful to see. I remember there was an article about it on here a while ago and I just started wondering what everyone's views were about it. I'm glad to see the general consensus is stay within your calorie goal for that day!
  • Haha, thanks for the dank meme, it helped explain things in a language I understood. I'm sorry to hear about your mum, I'll avoid diet pills, thanks for the advice.
  • I'm taking citalopram for my anxiety and depression at the moment. I know how you feel about cooking, it really is difficult. I'm actually in the process of moving out of my university house, so I've been in almost exactly the same situation it seems I would try and find fresh fruit cheap, which is especially easy at this…
  • Oh okay, so can you move around percentages? I pretty constantly get highest on the card percentage, next on protein and then tiny on fat, or the other way round with fat and protein.
  • I would download an app such as libra. This tracks your weight and gives you guidelines to if you are overweight, normal or underweight. It should Atleast help you to feel better if you gain a bit one week.
  • You need to give yourself a break. Maybe you should start with a higher calorie allowance and bring it down over a few weeks or so. If you start eating slightly less you may find that you don't feel as hungry and then it can be an even smaller amount.
  • Could be a mix of things together, like sleep apnea and low blood pressure together... I would definitely go to the doctor as soon a possible with that

  • Thank you very much for your advice, I'll try to keep it in mind and hopefully it will help
  • I'm still pretty new to my tablets, and it isn't quite the right mix yet I don't think, and I've started recently to try and keep diet and excersize right. I'm pretty much in the same boat of just hoping it will help.
