Sometimes after I wake up I feel like I can't breath normally and kind of dizzy. This morning I woke up really early and I couldn't fall asleep back just after eating something. I felt like not having enough air and I think I had a slow heart beat rate. Can someone tell me why? Thank you for any advice.

It could be low blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, you could be imagining it, or anything. I don't want to freak you out, and please don't Google your symptoms. Just see a doctor. Good luck.

Could be a mix of things together, like sleep apnea and low blood pressure together... I would definitely go to the doctor as soon a possible with that
