I love chocolate too so I keep dark choc 85% and don't have a problem. But I brought home a box of triple chocolate cake that Weight Watchers makes and one night a few weeks later.... ate the whole box. I seem to do fine with the 85% dark choc, you just might have a period of trial and error if you're unsure.

hoping to lose 30 by Dec 1, down 6 and 24 to go and I'm trying to stay within the macros. Would be interested in the intermittent fasting but not actually clear on what it is.

My daughter was vaccinated in her teens and she's now 29. When she was in her early 20's she developed Guillian Barre syndrome has been linked to vaccinations. Is it theory or fact, I can't say. This vaccination was just in a long line of what she received through out her childhood. I have no regrets giving her the HPV.…

You look great, very motivational. So the ketogenic diet is similar to a low carb diet like Atkins? For some reason when I restrict carb it seems to make me more absent minded than I already am :smiley:

Challenge Starting Weight: 196 Challenge Goal Weight: 166 Week 1 (08/01) - 196 Week 2 (08/08) - 195.4 All I can say is at least it's a loss, can do so much better. Goals: 64oz water (more if possible), 30min of exercise &/or 10k steps, food planning and logging every day what I eat.

Just finished Ashley Conrad 21day clutch cut from bodybuilders.com. To keep myself accountable I did with a friend and we text'd each other once we completed the day. The program is youtube videos and free.
