Pumkin pie smoothie !

Omg! I know its early but I was craving somthing fall like. I made a pumkin pie smoothie and its soo...good! I did : 1/2 cup pure pumkin ( 50cal)
1 small vanilla yougert(60 )
1 cup almond milk ( 40 cal)
Ice and cinnamon and
Pumkin pie spice to taste

This is definitely going to make the upcoming holidays a lot easier to get through.

    yum! I love pumpkin spice. I make an egg white protein custard with pumpkin and spice too,

    I love making these. If anyone needs a protein boost, I make mine with vanilla protein powder and skim milk instead of yogurt and almond milk.
