It's been about 3 weeks for me and no alcohol, my goal being Halloween. Heavy weekend drinker and I can actually say when I drink I don't eat, not so in my younger years. Hang in there, I've been off track for about a month and gained back the 6lbs I lost ugh! but not going to give up. Getting my motivation back has been a challenge but I think I'm on the right track. This site helps keep me motivated. You're not alone!

I'm struggling as well but not giving up. I did very well for a couple of months then got off track. I'm working myself back now but what I have found helpful is connecting to those who have been successful, I look at their daily log and I ask questions. I find people on here are very helpful
