Does anyone know how to take a recipe and find its nutritional value per serving?

You can on here but not sure if you need to purchase the Premium pkg which I did for $50 a year. I go to FOOD then RECIPES and can even download using an http address. I know it's free on Calorie Count.0

It's free here. Go into the recipe builder under foods. You can enter in your ingredients manually or import a recipe from a website.0
