I joined WW and lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Didn't have the cash for today's meeting so I'll go next week. good morning everyone. I too have to lose 50 pounds. Gained WW new freestyle program coming off slowly 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Have to weigh in next Saturday didn't go today. Hopefully Ill be down another couple of pounds. You can add me to your friends list if you like. HAGD all.

If you cut to many calories a day you body will go into starvation mode and hold on to the fat you have because it doesn't know when it will get food again. This under the close supervision of a doctor and dietitian.

why would want to eat 10,000 calories. That 3 pounds gained. Make no sense to do that to yourself.

Good morning I started last week. I was 236 now 235 so I did lose a pound. I find if I set smaller goals for myself instead of going' oh I got to se a 100 pounds." I say" I got to lose 5 pounds. weighed in today. 1.4 pounds Thought i would of lost more but its not a gain.

4x150 = 600 calories seems like a lot to add since water will make them swell. Did you try just using the 1/4 cup.

Well tomorrow i weigh in at Weight Watchers. i feel like I lost this week. You mentioned goals well I don't like to set goals I sabotage myself but I will like to increase my steps and cook more.

I weighed in at WW at 236 on Wednesday. Have to go this Wed. Hope to have lost at least a couple of pounds. I still log my food here to make sure I'm not overeating. Even the foods WW says I don't have to count I count here. Good luck everyone.

I'm pretty good right now. I have added some activity to my day about 6000 = steps which doesn't seem a lot to some people but to me thats a lot. The pineapple ones are really good they have small chucks of pineapple in them. right now I haven lemon nd watermelon in my freezer.
