know nothing about probiotics. However did see something that before they will work you need to take prebiotics. You need protein to help keep you full. There are all kinds of weigh loss programs out there. I do WW. Lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks.

1/28/18 Hi If this done again in Feb. I will be there in 3 days I walked 39,450 steps. Considering on 1/21/18 I did 500 steps. HAGD all keep walking.

I joined WW and lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Didn't have the cash for today's meeting so I'll go next week. Everybody good luck. 5 pound increments is so much easier to do then looking at the whole picture. I need to lose 60 pounds. Looking at 60 is so discouraging but 5 pounds is not so hard to handle.
