100 Day Challenge

For the next 100 days, until May 15th the goals are:
20 mins of exercise 6 days/week
Aim for 10,000 steps a day
Drink 8 cups of water
Stay under the calorie limit
Stay consistent

    Hi mumo Thank you for letting me join this challenge. Good luck
    Started doing this on Feb 1st. Didn't think about it as a challenge. I do try to challenge myself everyday.

    For the next 100 days until May 12 th when I turn 64.
    Continue to walk 12,000 steps a day plus add to that
    Add some strength training 20 minutes a day
    Try to follow my weight loss problem
    Stay around 1200 a day
