    Looks like I'm training for a half marathon trail run in about 4 weeks since I can't find a 10k that's going to work for my husband and I. :|

    ok, I messed up back on the 21st... I actually did 13 miles on my bike not just 7... so I have to add 6 more miles to my total on top of today's 13 miles on the bike.
