I broke it all down, as I do with my compulsive behavior and in order to get 1200 miles in for the year I have to do 100 per month, 23 per week for months with 31 days, but I just went with that for every week in the year......... so each week even when I am ahead I will still aim to get the base of 23 miles in for all the weeks. this week I am way out of the ballpark thanks to the 2 bike rides I had and my obsession with this new challenge, but it all starts fresh tomorrow for week 2. I hope that along with eating less sugar I will see the changes I want.

Saturday 3 miles walking up in NYC Vogue Knitting Live event!! Had some fun, bought some yarn and walk a lot!
Sunday .. had to catch up with my granddaughter time and missing out on any exercise.
Today I am on the treadmill getting back to my normal routine. I will check back in tonight with my totals, aiming for 6!!
oh wait..just checked out my totals and if i do 7.5 today I will hit 100 miles.... so i have to aim for at least that 7.5 number today!! bbl to report1 -

I got up earlier than usual, and got busy putting together my Massage Therapy license application for Mississippi (exciting!). I ended up too tired to update yesterday.
I've started a resistance training plan also. Mostly aimed at injury prevention, but I also am excited about finding out how much weight I can push / lift.
Yesterday: 6.5 miles
Bike 3.25 miles
Rowing machine: 1600 m (1 mile)
Treadmill run: 2 miles
Treadmill walk: 0.25 mile
Evening walk: 0.75 mile
