I use the Walden farms salad dressing. I thought I try their chocolate syrup. I felt like a sundae the other day so I took a Yasso frozen yogurt off the stick put it in a bowl. well diet coke, diet pepsi, regular coke, reg pepsi, diet dr. pepper and reg dr pepper ruined my kidneys. I drank so much of it as a kid and while dieting. I pray every time I get my blood work my kidneys didn't get worse. These products effect everyone differently.

the last 24 hours I walked 8212 steps. The past 2 days 14293. Arleady so humid I'm sweating just walking to the mailbox humidity is 94% at 8:00 and 85 degrees.

well the first is to see my grandson graduate high school. He is 4 and I'm 63. Halt my kidney failure, plus get off some meds. Basically feel better.

well I'm new to tracking my steps. I've been very inactive in the past. right now my goal is 5000 a day. I notice people s goals are much higher. I try to add a little everyday. As of right now at 7:50 I'm at 6595. I'm sure I'll get more before I go to bed. Hope this doesn't keep me out of the challenge.

I would like to join this challenge. I would like to lose 25 pounds in the 1 weeks. I weigh on Wednesday's. I go to weight watchers and that my meting day. I live alone and have no support here. Hoping with this challenge I will get motivated to keep going.

well when I would go out and leave them alone they would dig to get out. So when I leave for a couple of hours I do crate them. In fact they go to the crate. When I'm going to be gone more then 2 hours I take them to day boarding where they are outside with other dogs

What ever works for you is the best way to go. I dislike this new program. I will give it a month. if I don't lose Ill go back to the old plan. The points on this ew program have gone up so much you are eating so much less. You have to depend on veggies. I don't like like there new spokes person.

Hi I have a total of 86.4 pounds to lose. I break it up into smaller increments so overwhelming to think about that amount. At one point I had to lose 135 pounds. Hope we can do this together.

I bring carrot sticks or an apple. I sometime grab a 100 calorie of pertzels. I carry a large purse so i bring a bottle of water.
