ok that's water weight.. don't worry. Just listen to your body's hunger and fullness cues. REALLY focus on them and you will not overreat. Monitor your weight daily, but try not to confuse actual permanent weight gain with water weight gain. Weight is affected by SOOO many different factors and is constantly fluctuating.

Personally, I try to eat something even if I'm not super hungry. If I end up getting full, I just stop eating and pack my bfast, or I keep going. I like to eat something because if I wait too long, I might get way too hungry and if I don't have access to lunch at that very moment, I get hunger headaches and may feel…

no. i don't believe in "good" or "bad" food- everything in moderation is fine. Except for alcohol, imo, i avoid that.
