  • Day 1- completed 59 min Indoor BootCamp cardio/strength workout. Total 6 sets. That is first for me. I usually do not past the 5th set. Total calories 256. Ate real food with 1208 calorie. 55-24-22 carb- fat - protein %. 9900 steps of 10000 goal.
