  • I've been weightlifting about two years now. I got a 100k snatch a couple weeks ago and that got me to thinking, "by the time I dropped to 230 pounds I'd probably be doing a body weight snatch by then!" So that's my goal. To get my body weight to 230 and my snatch to 105 (230 pounds) or more.
