I hate when people say "but men don't like that" Ok and your point? Because all my attempts to better my body are only for the pleasure of men? LOL STFU

You can totally give it up, added sugar isn't needed. Don't eat replacements, you just have to let it go and find something else to satisfy you.

Started dieting so young.....started dieting at all.

I think it's totally doable but a more attainable goal would be 45-50. It all depends on your motivation and dedication.
-
Your amazing.

are you logging your exercise? If you set yourself as active I wouldn't log walking. Also do you weigh/measure your food to make sure your getting the right portions? Portion distortion is a huge problem for many.

It's best if you have someone who will work out with you to hold you accountable. I have trouble with this too. :( Sadly finding someone is just as hard as finding the motivation to work out.

Community college of Philadelphia for now.

Hours of cardio will only make me ravenously hungry. Walking and weight/strength training is all you really need to do. Weight loss is more about diet than exercise. Skipping meals or saving calories for events is a bad idea, it leads to overeating typically on junk. It's ok to have a cheat day.

I'm in! I only need to lose 16 pounds, I think I can do that by September.

Exercise makes me ravenous and stresses me out.

I lose more by just eating less and walking. Just stick to your set limit and you should lose weight, make sure your being honest with your logging. I've been on here for 11 days and I lose 4 pounds already, it says 1 on my profile because when I made the account I thought I was a certain weight but when I checked it was…

Amazing! Great job!

I try to stay distracted and stick to set meal times. So if breakfast is at 8 and lunch is 12 then I need something that will keep me busy until then. I'll clean organize, watch tv, go walk, read, work out, do some art/craft stuff. Don't eat "diet" foods like sugar free, light, fat free options because they are typically…

People who don't wipe down the machines. People who stand around on or near machines talking/flirting. Work out or go home.

YES!! I make a healthy meal plan. I try to do everything right but when it hits, when it takes over nothing else exist. Just me and food. Hurricane? Tsunami? flood? House fire? It can wait, I need to eat right now. Nothing like loading your pockets with food at work and sneaking off to the bathroom to get your fix.

It's hard I can't say I forgive myself for the past, i'm still working on forgiving myself in the moment. It doesn't feel right, like why should I forgive myself for doing something so wrong. Wont that just make it "ok"?

I can just have this and start over tomorrow. It will be the last time. I'll start over next week and enjoy the weekend I'll try again next month. Repeat repeat repeat Every minute Every hour Every day

You shouldn't punish yourself, forgive and move on. Much easier said than done I know. Also 500 is very small for a binge, Most meals are 300-500 calories. If you had a lot of low calorie foods I can see why you'd feel stuffed though. I binged tonight, it sucks 1,600 calories. :(

Just to feel comfortable in my skin.

I had over 3,000 today. It sucks but all we can do it get back on track tomorrow and try to avoid it in the future.
-
I'm a terrible night eater too. I had about 1,600 calories after 8pm. :( What helps me is having a big dinner around 7 and drinking a ton of water for the next 2 hours. Around 9-10 I'll have a cup of hot tea to calm my appetite then take a sleeping aid so I can sleep with out a 2am binge.

Wow, amazing.
