Night time eating

I do great during the day around 8:30 -9:00 pm I start feeling like I haven't eaten all day .. ideas on what I can do ..

I had 400 calories left out of 1950 by 11 pm I had 50 left

    I'm a terrible night eater too. I had about 1,600 calories after 8pm. :( What helps me is having a big dinner around 7 and drinking a ton of water for the next 2 hours. Around 9-10 I'll have a cup of hot tea to calm my appetite then take a sleeping aid so I can sleep with out a 2am binge.

    Where did you go wrong? You have a budget of 1950, you had 400 calories left or 20%

    You ate some more food and were still under.

    Are you annoyed because you felt hungry? That you ate 350 calories at night?

    You may be feeling hungry like you haven't eaten all day because you were 400 calories under your goal? If you did that ever day you would lose mealy another pound a week.

    There's no difference between eating 400 calories at 9pm and 400 calories at 10am.
