  • Take some coldeeze or zinc lozenges. I got a cold last week and starting taking some and I was back at it in a couple days
  • Try squats and Romanian deadlifts
  • Skull candy smokin buds. Long battery life, good sound, cheap, and stay in my ears no matter the workout
  • I stand corrected, I haven't read the latest on the topic. Seems to me, and this is just my opinion after doing a little research, that drinking things like diet coke gives some people a false sense to get away with eating more which in turn can cause weight gain. Again just my opinion.
  • It's the artificial sweeteners in diet coke. Studies have shown that those sweeteners have actually made people gain weight and have other health related problems.
  • Greek yogurt, beef jerky, almonds, or a scoop of protein
  • Greek yogurt and beef jerky are my go to's. Both have around 10-15 grams per serving
  • I'd say eat just a little more over your maintenance calories and keep it clean as possible. Progress will be slow but that might be the best way to gain strength and mass without gaining to much fat

  • You can't really spot burn fat. All you can do is eat at a deficit and follow a good workout routine and the results will come. A good beginner workout routine is something like ppl. Google ppl workout and that should give you a good starting routine.
  • Along with what everyone has said already...doing deadlifts on a smith machine is not a good idea. It's very deceiving, doing two plates on that does not translate at all do doing the same weight free weight. I'd suggest doing them free weight with low weight till you get the form right and by no means try to do two plates…
